  • Question: RecClix email goes to junk sometimes. What can I do?  Show Answer
    Outlook automatically filters a lot of emails to your Junk folder, depending on a variety of factors which are hard to control.

    The best way to ensure no more RecClix email ever goes to the Junk folder is to follow the steps below:
    1. Right-click on the email in your inbox. (not in the preview or email window but in the list of emails)
    2. Click on Junk E-mail.
    3. Click "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List.


    If you do not use Outlook, please search online for how to make a sender "safe" or "trusted" in your email client of choice.

  • Question: I tried to login but it says my account has been locked.  Show Answer
    Your account will be automatically locked after a successive amount of invalid login attempts within a 24-hour window. Your account will be unlocked automatically in 8 - 9 hours, or you can contact support, who can unlock your account for you.
