Security Practices & Compliance
Payment Processing

Payment processing is performed by our licensed payment processing provider, whose sole job it is to ensure the security of your payment details. We do not store your credit card number or details in our database or on our server. Entered payment details are securely transmitted at time of purchase to our provider. For recurring payments, we initiate a charge with our payment provider using a secure ID referencing your account and payment details in their secure database. At all times after initial payment details are entered, we do not have access to your credit card details - and we're happy to do without the stress.

Note: This section does not apply to users who are players or parents/family members of players.

All parties receiving access to our database are required to sign agreements intended to protect your personal data and guard against unauthorized collection.

Login Attempt Tracking

All login attempts, successful, invalid and otherwise are recorded. Invalid login attempts from the same IP addres for several (specific amount undisclosed) unrelated accounts red flags your computer and IP address as a possible threat. If your actions exhibit this behavior, your computer may be flagged as a potential threat and your IP address may be banned for an extended period of time.

Account Locking

As a basic form of preventing unauthorized access to your accouut, we implement an automatic account locking method. After an excessive amount of unauthorized access attempts to a user account within a specified time period, accounts are automatically locked. Accounts are automatically unlocked after a set amount of hours without a further invalid access attempt.
